Where has the time gone?  November and December have been busy months and we haven’t had much time to update our blog.  I wanted to take a minute to update you on the latest opportunities and some changes to our Custom Bulk program.

We currently have access to low priced national product on an ongoing basis.  The properties are priced under $4k per door.  Send us your requests & we will let you know what we have.

Our custom bulk packages has been a huge success.  However, I’m sad to report that we have had to increase our minimum package size from $1M to $10M.

I just wanted to post a quick update:

  1. BuyBulkREOsNow.com -Will be growing to provide REO news and information as well as offering bulk portfolios for sale.
  2. Registered Buyer’s List -Due to the overwhelming success of our site we are implementing an exclusive Registered Buyers List for direct buyers and direct buyer agents. We will be emailing our latest product to this list BEFORE posting them on the site. More details to follow, but I will tell you it’s going to require a hard proof of funds and supporting documentation. If you’ve purchased from us before- no worries, you’re already on the list.
  3. Affiliate program -Our beta affiliate program was a hit! We will be rolling out the next iteration of the program very soon, so stay tuned. If you are unfamiliar with our affiliate program, click here to read more.
