We at Sunrise Property Group are proud to announce the roll-out of our new opportunity for buyers to customize Bulk REO Packages. Orders can be national or specific to the county level. Product is pulled exclusively for your review from inventory at major banks and hedge funds. Minimum order size is $1M, LOI can be general or specific, the more specific you are the more likely you are to receive the product you are looking for.

There is a very simple protocol to follow:

1. Create your custom order via our online application below.
2. If you are new a new customer we will provide you with an NCND (Non-Compete / Non-Discosure) Agreement to sign & return.
3. Once we receive your NCND, or if you are already an existing customer, we will email you a completed Letter of Intent for you to insert on your letterhead. The document will be completed with the information provided in your online application. Please review the document carefully,
   complete any missing information, sign and return promptly. Please note that the Proof of Funds portion of the document does not request any information pertaining to account numbers or other personal information. All proofing will be done by the seller bank to bank or attorney to attorney. Our Asset Managers & Funds will not create any product without verifying that the buyer has the capacity to close on that product and that funds are immediately available. Please do not submit lines of credit or loan approval as proof of funds. All proof of funds must show liquid available capital. The person that is signing the LOI must be named on the bank account utilized for the proof of funds. This mechanism is being put in place to protect real buyers from the fraud occurring in the marketplace.
4. Order is submitted to the Asset Manager, a unique exclusive tape is created for you
5. You should receive your tape within 48-96 hours of submission.
6. Upon receipt of the tape, you will have 48 hours to decide whether you want to move forward.
7. If you decide to move forward, you will be expected to sign a contract & master fee agreement & move funds to escrow subject to completion of due diligence.
8. Funding & Delivery of Deeds.
